Great location too - Tanjong pagar MRT exit C. Easy to locate - all my clients had no difficulty finding the place.
13 rooms and easy to book a room even within a few hours notice.
Flexibility in cancellation policy - can cancel booking within 4 hours with no penalty fee.
Rates are $40-$50/hour per room. 3 types of rooms - $40/$45/$50.
Even the cheapest green rooms ($40/h) are very comfortable and conducive.

The location within the CBD and right above the Tanjong Pagar MRT is ideal and easily accessible for our clients. The rooms are cosily set up and afford good privacy too. It is an ideal set up for companies like us that do not want to incur fixed overheads in the form of rental and exhaust time and resouurces in administering a physical office.
