★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melanie (director and founder of Island Wellness) is a very experienced and professional Pilates instructor. She conducts exercises based on the fitness level of the participants, so her classes can be beginner-friendly as well (depending on your ability)! I've been under her coaching for 1 year + and I can feel vast improvements to my strength and flexibility. Whether it is a physical or online class that you're interested in, would recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing Pilates through Island Wellness for over 12 months, and have also happily recommended them to my husband and friends, who have also participated in classes. I have attended online classes (during Singapore's Circuit Breaker) and in-person classes.
Melanie W (Director and founder) is a really gifted pilates teacher and I've really enjoyed working with her for pre-natal and post-natal (post c-section) pilates. Most importantly, I've really improved my core strength and this has helped me in so many other ways.
Melanie works hard to build rapport with her students and to really understand their health issues. Her classes are well-structured and offer different options, depending on whether you're a beginner, more advanced or recovering from a c-section ;-)
I can't recommend Island Wellness enought! Super happy customer here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed private, small group lessons with Melanie and although our skills were many and varied, the sessions were always well thought out and run to suit all levels. Melanie’s personality is engaging and supportive and she is clearly highly experienced with a wide repertoire of challenging sessions, but still a good sense of continuity from class to class and focus on form and building up. Thanks for your excellent instruction Melanie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was largely a beginner to Pilates when I started the classes run by Melanie but her experience as an instructor shone through as she was able to make the classes accessible and enjoyable for me while also catering for the more experienced people in the group. As the classes progress Melanie makes sure to make them more challenging, giving you that sense of achievement. Her cheerful and supportive personality really encouraged me and made the sessions very enjoyable. Thank you Melanie!
