★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. We are customers who used this service via our freight forwarder. The warehouse person who has identified herself as "Sun Li" picked up our call today on 24 April 2017 at 10.30am and despite us being the customers and being very polite, she started ballistically barking at us over the phone and not answering the questions about a bill. She then started scolding my admin personnel for nothing, venting her anger at us. I was with my admin personnel and we were more than shocked to receive such treatment. It was totally uncalled for and a very poor representation of the company. It was a very unpleasant experience.
