He even arrived earlier then the expected delivery time and because he arrived early he called me just to make sure if iβm at home to receive the medicine which was very good! Overall great experience. Thank you

β β β β β The deliverer was very responsible. When I was not home, he contacted me and courteously explained his purpose. I requested him to leave the package at my door and send me a photo over WhatsApp. Many other delivery agents would have ignored this request. He did it promptly. I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.

β β β β β Mr. Lam was very courteous and humble when he arrived at my place, unlike all other delivery and dispatch guys, he did not knock hard on the door, nor he announced very loud about his arrival. Before he leave, he even wish me good health and reminded me to take care of my body.
If every dispatch person has the attitude like Mr. Vincent Lam, life will be very much different for everyone !

β β β β β Vincent Lam was extremely friendly and delivered my medication promptly. He has sent me 2 SMS messages one in the morning and another one in the afternoon informing that will be delivering between 2pm to 6pm. He also follows by phone call informing that he is going to deliver the medication to me. His services was excellent good. Thank you very much.

β β β β β Mr Vincent Lam was the person that provided me with the most respectful delivery service I have seen. He took the courtesy to call to ensure that I am in during his delivery (which most dispatchers fail to do). He was very good in his communication, very polite and clear. Hats off to XDel Singapore for hiring such a person.

He sent me 2 SMSes at 10am and 1pm respectively and gave me a phone call 5 minutes earlier to inform me prior to his arrival. He arrived promptly before 2pm, even though the delivery was scheduled for 2pm - 6pm. Well done, Vincent! Very satisfied with his service, keep up your excellent work.
