Nice little shop. Very interesting and beautiful plants and terrarium. Just wish they make a bit more space so more ppl can make terrarium at same time! Make sure you call at least a day in advance if u have more than 4 ppl wanting to make terrarium.

Totally enjoyed the simple terrarium workshop which lasted roughly 20 minutes. The lady staff was friendly and helpful too, ensuring that every of our enquiries was answered. The shop sells a wide variety of air plants (tillandsia), succulents, cacti and mini pots as well for plant lovers.

Went to get some light hanging plants. Friendly young Malay lady staff. Loved how she greeted customers when they entered, gave me a coupla mins to look around before asking to assist, and then left me alone while I slowly browsed. Packed the plants carefully, and gave some advise about plant care during the purchase. Will visit again. Price was reasonable, got these 2 for $27.

We had gone to the store with a bare wreath and remnants from our last Christmas’ decor intending to make an airplant wreath despite not having made one before. The lovely sales lady Shahirah was very patient & helpful with her recommendations & guidance even though she too had never made a such a wreath before. The result is just so sweet. Thanks, shahirah!

My first experience with them and I was honestly planning to give a bad review but their awesome service recovery changed my mind. What happened was: - I purchased three Christmas succulent terrariums from their e-store. I had assumed that the design of the figurine follows what is shown in the image when I selected my option. With this assumption, I selected the same options for all terrariums as I only wanted them with the Santa figurine. - Upon receiving, I was disappointed as there was only one with the Santa figurine. I could accept the Snowman, but I really dislike the Duck. Thus I called their hotline, hoping that the Duck could be exchanged. - According to them, the figurine is randomized and this wasn't highlighted in their e-store at all. There also wasn't any Santa or Snowman figurines left in their warehouse. The only option was for me to head down to their store to return and get a refund. I was unhappy as the main reason why I paid for delivery was because it would take me 2hrs+ transport for a two-way trip. Thus, I was forced to accept something that differed from what was advertised which compelled me to consider giving a bad review. - Thankfully, I received another call from them pretty soon, to inform me that their delivery personnel is still nearby and can collect it back so that I could get a refund. The most awesome thing was the person actually has some figurines on hand and there was one that fits the size of the terrarium. It looked pretty good too and it was exchanged with the Duck. Overall I am satisfied with their service and of course, I like the terrariums. :)

Owner is very patient with customisation requests. Service was awesome! Most importantly, the plant sprout beautifully! Highly recommended! Need to finally cut the green leaves sprouting amazingly. N I saw the pink ones are sprouting so beautifully. I recalled I asked for pink ones but owner said quite limited n asked if is ok with these with a pic. I said it’s ok. Just send them. ❤️

A Tilly A Day handcrafted terrariums are so lovely! I bought one from them online after browsing through their website. I requested for a dog figurine and they sent me a photo one day later, showing me the design that they had first created. I love their first design (a beautiful rocky landscape design with Fittonia and Holland moss and a cute black and white dog figurine) but I would prefer Holland moss only instead of Holland moss with Fittonia. Hence, I requested for a design with Holland moss only. Apart from that, I also asked if they had a cream and white dog figurine available, as I would like a figurine that looks like my dog who recently passed away. I wouldn't wish to trouble the staff too much, hence I told them that it is okay if they do not have the dog figurine I was looking for. I will just get the black and white dog in their first design. The staff sent me a photo of different dog figurines and asked if there is any one to my liking, none of them look like my dog and thus, I told them that and I will just stick to the original one. However, the helpful staff really goes on an extra mile,hoping to find the dog figurine that I was looking for. They ask me to send them a photo of my dog and they will try to find something similar. I sent them 2 photos of my chihuahua as shown without much expectations. Not wanting to give them too much trouble, I reassured them that I could get the original dog figurine if they did not have anything similar. To my surprise, they found a chihuahua figurine which is similar to the look of my dog and designed another terrarium for me! ? I fell in love with the design once it is shown to me, not only it is beautiful, with the dog figurine that I'm looking for, the scenery that they crafted consists of everything that I love, a river bank with grass (Holland moss) and flower. I am ecstatic about the 2nd design and can't wait to receive it! Now, this terrarium is placed on my office table, enhancing the atmosphere, lightening up my mood whenever I take a look at it when I feel a little tired from working on the computer. ?
