β β β β β one of the staff there was super lazy. Firstly she told me $2 and when i mentioned the other staff said $1 she said min 2 pcs i said ok then ill print another photo but then she asked me if i want 2 of the same photo which i said no then after i emailed the photo she didn't even bother fitting the photo properly. Fortunately, i saw from far and told her apart of my picture is cropped then she adjusted it. When i received the photo it was misaligned and not properly done. She was super lazy and not doing her work properly.

β β β β β Very bad service!! The lady is not even professional to take a picture and she has one of the worst customer service ever. She stared at us like as if we owe her! ?

β β β β β went to get my passport photo taken, requested for soft copy only and when i received it the picture quality was so bad that even my phone could do better. ICA won't even accept this level of clarity lol.

β β β β β Good place for printouts and xerox. Reasonable price. They take print outs from email/USB. If u r in passir ris area, u can use this shop for print outs.

β β β β β The ponytail girl at the counter will give you a look like i've own her a living when i came in to take 3 pax passport photo. She kept quiet and just look at us.... Till i asked her if theres any problem taking!!! And as expected her bad attitude along the way while photo taking in process!!! Whats wrong with this girl if your not happy working there just leave!!!!
P.S: Management or Bosses,
Please look into this matter. Thanks

β β β β β i honestly had a really bad experience with Standard Photo (the Pasir Ris outlet). The Sengkang outlet convinced me to pay $5 for their membership so that I would get the membership perk of 10% off on everything, however the Pasir Ris outlet lady told me that I couldn't get a discount on film developing, which defeats the whole point. However, I still continued to give it another chance. The first time I developed my film at the Sengkang outlet, it only took 3 working days, which was okay since I expected it to take about a week. For my second film roll, I asked the lady at the counter to put it in for me and the film reset? after only taking 12 shots. I developed the 12 shots and asked the lady to put it in for me AGAIN. The third roll i only managed to take 20 shots out of 36, and then it reset. I still went back to ask the lady for help and she told me i put it in WRONGLY, when it was one of their staff that was the one who put it in for me. I then paid for the development of half of my film roll and she told me i needed to add another $2 for them to send it to my email?????? I didnt experience this at other development stores and I would suggest yall go somewhere else to develop your films, it will take much FASTER. Not to mention, the recent film roll i sent for developing there since 30 april is still NOT SENT TO ME, and it is already 12 may and its still not done. i even sent an email enquiring when it will be sent to me but they have not replied.

β β β β β I wish to highlight on my daughter incident at White Sand Standard Photo shop. She went for her passport photo taking but only got the softcopy and pay S$12. Later she found out that she need a hardcopy of the photo to submit with the application. When we enquired on the hardcopy, we have to pay another S$12 to get the hardcopy. I find this very unreasonable practise as she had paid the photo earlier. Just to feedback my unpleasant encounter if thats was how Standard Photo had charge customer for this.

β β β β β Rude staff. For 2:30 lunch, shutter half closed at 2:22/23 and looking at waiting customers through it without bothering to open and attend for 10 more mins even. If you donβt want business shut down and move to other areas where you might be better at. My kid wanted to take pic one more time once preview was shown on the camera but the girl continued to act cold and went about her stuff. Rude, reluctant and with attitude. Itβs unfortunate such businesses still see customers while others who are sincere and need the $ canβt survive. Go at your own risk
