★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. Making inquiry with them is like asking for the moon. Staff are either mutes or they can't give a damn about you. Thy must doing so well to be so arrogant. Use the other shops next to them; 1000% better service and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex was friendly & quick. He printed out a few different sizes on an A4 sheet for us to decide before having the plaque plate engraved within 30min. Went down for a kopi and when we came back up, it was ready! 2 thumbs up!

Imho, the staff here are more reserved and don't talk alot.
I had do most of the talking before they opened up for light conversation.
Even so, the quality speaks for itself; did engravement on a pen and I'm very pleased with the results. The uncle who did it is proud in his craft, meticulous, even with my small order, and boasting that they have been in business for 30 plus years.
Highly recommended.
(Wont show the engraving done due to privacy, look at other photos or better yet, pay a visit and be your own judge.)
