Main issue is the bath room, definitely need improve the hygiene and cleanliness. Have use the bath room few time during my stay, each time the cleanliness of bath room did not improve. And also maybe should adopt card access to enter the room to improve the overall security. And the common area such as kitchen is a bit small to accommodate the guest, especially during the breakfast time.

A perfect example of a budget hotel. However, cleanliness is a big issue for me and it did not meet my expectations for a hostel like this. The bathroom specifically needs a lot of improvement. They got to read all their customer feedback to have more customers.

First off, this whole place smells really bad. You start with the really smelly staircase where everybody leaves their shoes along the staircase, and the bad smell lingers in the reception. The dorm room smells like someone has not bathed for centuries. And it seems like they do not change linen and bed sheets regularly, the whole bed smells like someone with really bad odour slept on it right before we came in! Whole body felt itchy after sleeping on their sheets, hopefully the management can look into this, if you don’t wash your linens, there’s potential that someone else might pass some skin disease to another person! (There’s hair everywhere!!!) It seems like it’s easy to meet travellers who are not behaving well in the hostel as well, watching videos on speaking in the middle of the night, and making loud noises when everybody else is still sleeping. >> The big bunk seems to accommodate a lot of foreign workers, and since it’s their long term accommodation the whole place is filled with junks and hanging clothes etc Reception is not 24 hour. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Aircon doesn’t work well - it was so hot the whole night! Overall a bad experience, avoid if possible.

was very nice stay at this hostel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Receptionist for 24hours. Next time i will ask front desk to give me a bed near with window, bed was clean and we can still have our privacy. Even in our booking there is no breakfast, but they gave us morning coffee and tea and also bread with nice jam. view from balcony from this hostel also was nice to enjoy our morning tea or just chill at night with your beer. Its less 5minutes walk to Farrer Park MRT station and less 10 minutes walk to Mustafa.

Staff are nice, I only saw two of them. Lacks cleanliness of the comfort rooms, spaces for the toilet areas are very uncomfortable also. Bedsheets and pillow cases are not being changed for the new guest. I don't think I will come back, you can get a better hostel at the same price for a night.

Room is quite cramped but relatively acceptable. the cleanliness need further improvement, especially their toilets and also bathroom as I have seen some “leftover” inside the toilet. there is some complementary breakfast of bread and tea, which is rather meh. there is hot water in the bathroom but only last for around 3-4 minutes. lastly, there are no basic amenities like soap or shampoo in the bathroom, so need to prepare beforehand.

The place is dirty, they ask me to remove the shoes at the entrance door but they don't provide sandal/slipper end up once we need to use toilet we have to enter the toilet with the bare foot. Toilet is not clean & realy2 small. The use very cheap bed, they stacked the old bed underneath the other bed. They should maintained the cleanliness. Location is good, receptionist have no smile. Wifi is not working at all.

First of all, this is a hostel. So it is not fair to have hotel-like expectations. This hostel has comfortable sleeping spaces. There is a kitchen and socialization area. For me, the facilities seemed clean enough. Two secure lockers are provided. Conveniently located near an MRT station. The breakfast is very basic. While the staff is 'polite', I would not say they are friendly. This hostel seems popular among Indonesian travelers. Thus, you will be immersed in Indonesian culture, despite being in Singapore. While your roommates will be talkative and curious about you, they may lack an understanding that the sleeping area at night should be regarded as a quiet space. This is the reason (the only reason) that I will not stay here again. However, if a good night's sleep is not a concern for you, then surely, as a humble and easy-going traveler, you will enjoy both the facilities and clientele of this hostel.
