★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an older office building (with well-maintained interior though) in the southern part of the Downton Core where our business partners HLAS are located. There are several good hotels nearby and a sufficient range of food outlets too...
The bad thing is that parking can be a hassle here, as the on-site garage is reserved for office workers and it tends to be difficult to get street parking too... There is an MRT station not too far away actually (around 5 minutes walk), although it is a headache if the rain pours!

After the trial, I am convinced that F45 Tanjong Pagar is the place to train!
