★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took necklace for repair as they said they could laser solder. Instead, they left a big mark with the solder on the main pendant and soldered parts of the chain together, ruining an expensive piece of jewellery.
Worst of all, they refused to take any responsibility for their errors.

Was served by staff Selvan. Good knowldge & service.
Last year i took his advice an join the flexi plan, this year the savings helped me in my purchase. Join another flexi plan this year. Good plan. All the best to all.

I have made new elephant tail with new gold fittings all went loose and i get other Gold shope to repair .Delay in communication. Response very bad. Need to keep calling the staff many times. Not recommended to purchase any from Abiraame Jewellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from the staff there. Especially Mr Prakash who attended to me. His soft spoken nature and knowledge calmed me and gave me the confidence to make a gold ring with my blue star sapphire.
His suggestions were spot on the type and design of ring. The end product was a work of art and beauty. It was exactly how i imagined it. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks. Mr Prakash again attended to me during collection and even advised me on the method of wearing.
