He keeps rushing the customer to buy the gold and doesn't give us time to choose patiently as though we are buying the gold for free.. I will never ever recommend any one to buy jewellery from here.. First time in Singapore to have this bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a ear ring and it broke in 2 months, when I went back they were super rude and said they don't give any gurantee of their products after 7 days. When I asked if I can buy another earring and exchange this, they they asked for 40% making charges. Which is again ridiculous .
I suggest no one should buy a jewellery from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been buying for the pass 10 years from here but this is the 1st time I Went to the one next to ARTHESDAM. Enquired on a 2 gram coin. The sales staff wont even wait few minutes and had to ask me three times if i were taking it even while iam still shortlisting other items.
I own a business as well and dont mind serving my customers even hours for just costume jewellery but here, i think they assume they are selling vegetables in a market. Will never return and will make sure my parents dont either .
