Have used them for over 2 years but in the last 6 months, they have only come twice instead of every month, missed appointments, forget to schedule new appointments, and never apologise or call to admit a mistake was made. Have cancelled the contract and demanded a refund. Do not use. There are cheaper companies with better customer service.
