★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sent pest busters an inquiry about ants through their website ‘contact us’. They got back to me within 24 hours with all sorts of questions about where, how many, flooring and what I’d used to treat the area so far. They in turn sent pictures of possible ant type. Overall I was on WhatsApp with Sally for about half an hour as she patiently ascertained the situation and answered my questions too. But what’s particularly good about this company is that this first consultation is free! I really appreciated the time and expertise on a Sunday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person (Mr Jou Heng) that contacted me was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. My request was made late in the day & he found a way to accommodate my request & helped me arrange for a service call to exterminate my bed bugs problem so that my children can sleep well in the night. The service staff (Mr Soffian) provided a very friendly & professional service. His happy disposition also made the whole 'skin-crawling' experience a very comfortable one. I will recommend PestBusters to anyone seeking professional pest extermination service!

Sally is patience, professional and dedicated in her service to customer. Highly recommend others whom wishes to find a trustworthy company to help them with their pest problems.

The two representatives who spoke with me and made arrangements on the phone, Sally and Jacqueline*, as well as the gentleman who assisted me with the actual pests, Faisal*, were patient, understanding, and professional - they were very forthcoming with explanations I requested, and the extermination was both punctual and thorough. A definite recommendation!
*I may not have gotten the spelling of the names right, sorry!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technicians from this company didn't turn up on time 50% of the time for bed bug sprays and when they are late, they reschedule the time. If the timing doesn't fit the clients, the appointment for bed bug spray will be postponed. And they done that when we have made advanced payment for bed bug sprays... The service provided and amount of time spent to help do the bed bug spray doesn't tally with the amount of money spent. (More than S$1.4K was spent and bed bug problem not resolved yet) Hoping for improvements from this company.
