★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to hear all the excuses that a reno contractor can give, this is probably the epitome for the industry. Will never recommend to anyone due to the unprofessional attitude, poor workmanship and desire to run away with money only. Engage at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ID I engaged has little experience and was probably handling too many projects at one time. Hence he didn’t spend time considering what’s best fit the customer’s existing home fixing and structure. All they did was to fit in their template-made cabinets regardless of your user habits or existing home structure. Of course the end result is that there were many hiccups along the process and finished models are not user friendly.
Also their cabinets have long-lingering smell which after several months is still very strong (probably due to cheap material/glue that was used). I wonder if this toxic smell will cause any health hazards.
Some of their suppliers are of bad quality such that some simple works required several re-do.
Based on my experience, I don’t recommend this firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing many stories about renovation nightmare, we are so glad that we made a right choice of choosing Absolook interior Design for our kitchen renovation. Not only the quality of workmanship has exceeded our expectation, the service standard rendered by our ID Mr Alvin Peh was above and beyond. He is patient and most importantly very responsive to questions, simply put no question is too trivial for him and he has been very receptive to our ever changing request. When we met with renovation hiccups, he was patient and made every effort to tackle the problem promptly without further delay. it was a pleasant experience despite there was some delay due to manpower shortage. I highly recommend him as your ID for your renovation work.
