My ID was very responsive throughout. Follow-up work is tip-top. Never rush into any discussion. Give lots tips and advice. Contractors working for him also promptly show up always and deliver as communicated. Strongly recommend to use their service if Professionalism is what you looking for!

What was supposed to be a simple 1-2 months renovation work ended up stretching to a tedious 8 months of renovation (renovations started in Feb and only ended in Sept), no thanks to the Covid19 situation. Thankfully, my ID Vincent from Dyel Design was there throughout this entire ordeal. From the very beginning, I had a very clear vision of how I wanted my place to look like. Vincent was able to conceptualize what was in my head into reality. He was able to give plenty of good advice on what works and what wouldn't work design-wise. While other IDs wowed me with their ability to provide different design perspectives, I ended up choosing Vincent as my ID because compared to the rest, he was extremely communicative and was able to respond extremely fast to my queries, no matter the time of the day. And I always believe that a responsive ID is extremely important during the entire renovation process. Having said that, no renovation work will ever be smooth-sailing and I had already mentally prepared myself to expect hiccups to occur every now and then. And indeed they did happen because of lack of communication between the workers, which really got me rather flustered during the renovation process. Thankfully, Vincent was very responsible and at the end of the day, he was still able to make good the defects and errors I spotted during the renovation process. Never was there once that he ever went AWOL on my queries. He was always quick to act on my demands for certain changes to the renovation plan and for that I would give him an A+ for having such a good work attitude and ethics. A point to note for those of you who are doing vinyl laminate flooring. Always ask to be shown the actual slabs of vinyl laminate as they can look quite different from the sample that was shown. The sample only shows a small part of the vinyl laminate and will not show the entire grains and lines of the vinyl laminate. As such, the end result can look rather different from what you would expect. Overall, I'm satisfied with the job by Vincent and I am extremely thankful that he had been patient with my many demands throughout this entire period. It wasn't easy for him given that this renovation took place during Covid19 and he was extremely short of workers to back him up, but somehow he still managed to make it work anyway. Kudos to his hardworking attitude! Poor dude hasn't seen his family from across the border for more than 6 months! So thank you again Vincent for your commitment and dedication to renovating my very first home.

Ryan is one of the most professional ids I came across. How he structured our first discussion meeting showed that he had a clear thought process and is aware of what matters most to customers. He has a strong design sense and shows a lot of dedication and patience in proposing a floorplan for us. He is also one of the few ids we contacted that offered a full suite of service including furniture shopping. *For personal reasons, we did not proceed with Ryan but felt his professionalism deserves a review
