Wee Kwang and his team were resolute in identifying all the defects for my house as well as for my mum's house. Some of our neighbors have complained of broken hinges, bulging laminate floorboards, cracked tempered glass, and worse, leaky gas pipes, just a year or two after moving in. Luckily for his team's expertise, these issues were all nipped in the bud. Just imagine the repair costs years down the road! It was only after some deep research then I decided to engage his team. His credentials really do stand out amongst others. Do check. And nope he is not an ID/ contractor, so there is no conflict of interest to start reno works ASAP. This review is way overdue (Jan 2020) but needs to be said. These guys are professionals and able to produce accurate reports that help clients confront even the HDB with proof. Vet honest guys with excellent service. We bought a reoffer flat and would have been in dire straits if we hadn’t engaged Absolute Inspection! So grateful to them.

A local ID company did an overhaul renovation of my flat. It was my first experience with home renovation. The renovation outcome had several safety, structural, and aesthetic defects. I had to engage a surveyor to assess the defects of the renovation for legal recourse. Wee Kwang came highly recommended by my lawyer and his industry peers. He was unbiased, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and insightful. He applied industry recognised tools and BCA standards with my post renovation inspection. His unbiased defects report was pivotal to prove the defects caused by the unprofessionalism and shoddy workmanship of the ID company was beyond acceptable standards. I was awarded compensation on all the defects listed on Absolute’s inspection report. Wee Kwang is an honest and ethical human being who takes pride in upholding the integrity of the BCA standards in Singapore.

Two different people (who did not know each other) recommended Absolute Inspection to me and I can see why! They are professional, super helpful and very responsive. The pricing is also reasonable for their expertise. Wee Kwang is transparent and clear in his quote and there are no hidden costs or unpleasant "surprises". He is super helpful with sound advice backed by experience. His team is punctual for appointments and they have eagle eyes that can spot even an uneven door handle and or scratches on glass. I mean I won't have thought to look behind the fridge to check - there was this HUGGGGEE defect! Nor above the door ledges to check for sealing... which the contractor missed out (Thank you Kim!). They are willing to answer any questions you may have. The developer's contractor was telling me how thorough the team was ("They came from BCA" he said) and he was pretty impressed. I am a first time home owner and I am so grateful for the help and meticulous service. This is a cost I felt was worth every single cent. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I am very thankful to Absolute Inspection for being the inspectors of my condo. Engaging their professional services was one of the best decisions I have made in my Home Ownership journey. Knowing that they are RICS certified, I contacted Wee Kwang and opted for their Comprehensive Package. What followed were three fuss-free and worry-free sessions. Ben attended to us in the first session. I could not believe my eyes how quickly and thorough he marked my house with blue tapes, filing 9 pages of defects by the end of our first session. In comparison, I tried to inspect the unit with my wife and we could only produce 1 page of defects after spending two days. In the second session, we were assisted by Jeff who presented all the defects to the contractors in our presence. He also came earlier to check through the defects and added a few more to the list. In the final session, we were greeted by Wee Kwang who checked through all the rectified works with the condo main contractors before letting us sign off the defects form. I cannot thank them enough for their help and will highly recommend them for any home owners who are looking for professional,certified and fuss free home inspection services.
