★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Advance for inspection. Calvin and the team were professional and prompt in following up when I had doubts. In total 3 sessions were carried out and Calvin highlighted many defects with photo documentation of the defects. It could have been overwhelming reporting all defects as first time home owner, but with Calvin and the team's help it was very smooth! Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calvin was with me and the contractor this morning. He arrived much earlier and spoke with the contractor to settle most of the things before I arrived. So that saved lots of time on our side. He is so professional and very patient with pointing out all the defects with the contractor. He sent the 2nd report 2 hours later and I am so impressed with his prompt response. This really helped to expedite my renovation permit to start asap. It was indeed a great experience engaging them for the defect inspection! Thanks so much Advance Inspection! Will definitely recommend you to my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ID offered inspection service for free but I decided to engage professionals because the property is for own stay purpose. Choosing Advance Inspection is one of the best decision.
George was very responsive in setting up the inspections. Calvin and Junhong detected so many defects, like marble floor chip, scratches on windows, poor finishing and many more that my ID did not pick up. After each inspection, a report would be sent to me promptly.
Big thanks to Advance Inspection, and I will not hesitant to recommend them for their professional inspection services.

He took the initiative to schedule the multiple joint inspections; everything was done very quickly. Calvin did a great job at pointing out the issues that we missed; he is great at what he does??????
No complaints, great service, but could improve on the charges and fees to make this service more appealing to a wider audience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 3 inspection sessions. For the first inspection, Jose was the inspector who arrived at my unit to carry out the more than an hour detailed work. After he was done with his scrutiny, Jose gave me a briefing starting from the entrance of the unit, then, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and balcony. Defects of finishing, structural and material were highlighted by the short(minor) and long(major) tape.
I am very impressed by his attention to details and professionalism, patience and care. In fact, I have recommended this company to my colleagues and friends.
