★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a recent experience with Abwin recently due to an unfortunate accident and NTUC income referred me to this workshop which is near my residence (Sort of). I must say the workshop is very organized in terms of work process and process flow, in terms of managing the claim and getting the rental vehicle ready for collection when I send in my vehicle with minimum waiting time. The quality of repair is good too, especially my vehicle is white in color and matching the tone before & after is not an easy feat.
Overall the experience is good and it's a good workshop to visit when you have issue with your ride (Touch wood).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, the staff were nice and well versed in their roles. they were quick to resolve the issues and help settle my issues with the car. Technician Chief Ah Hong was nice enough to give us some tips on the car functions for better understanding of the car. Hazel was very patient with me even though I was calling them almost daily to rush the repair works. all in all 2 thumbs up. Recommend to visit this workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be a little bit of "hard sell" for the service package. Nonetheless, the desk service is friendly and helpful, and the overall experience is very customer centric. At first service, they sorted an issue I had with the car. So far, so good and we will see how things go over time!

Thankful and appreciate her excellent service, she was prompt, courteous, helpful and very patient in handling our case. Attended by Karen who is a persuasive salesperson. Knows her work very well and able to articulate the work covered in a service package. Feels very comfortable around her. Her fellow colleagues are also friendly and helpful.
Chief technician is a friendly chap who is always ready to answer query. Professional and trustworthy. Give sound advice.
Package price which includes polishing is value for money.
