★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for the Adobe CC Essential which is a 2 day course. Trainer is professional and knowledgeable. Willing to share some knowledge beyond the basic course. Patient towards students and lessons are well paced. Definitely signing up for the advance class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful service. I signed up for a course and had accidentally made double payment with SkillsFuture credit and my own money. Their policy is that they can only refund me after the funds from SkillsFuture credit reaches them (SkillsFuture customer service staff mentioned that it was not necessary to do so). And yet, no news from them when my SkillsFuture credit application was reflected as “paid” and I had to constantly chase after them before I got my money back. Even if you escalate to SkillsFuture, they will tell you that they are not able to intervene as SkillsFuture credit has been disbursed to training provider and that refund matters between training provider and customer are not within their jurisdiction. Definitely not returning for other courses in future.

Extremely experienced and knowledgeable in in the subjects they teach, you can tell how they address every question, the level of enthusiasm in sharing all their experiences and how things we learn are related to the real world challenges. They also generous in sharing useful websites with free resources and tutorials! These are some of the best trainers I've seen. Definitely will return for more courses!

I took the Graphic Design Ultimate Bundle and I was astonished at how informative it was and how much I was able to learn. I was afraid of asking some questions since I thought it might be some common knowledge but the instructors didn't mind it at all and guided me through it. I'll definitely come back for the refreshment course

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the content covered and especially the TRAINERS. They are super knowledgeable and super approachable. They are also very courteous and very patient. One thing I like about the course is that they provide free refresher course and that is definitely useful to me in case I forget all that I learnt. The trainers also provide continuous support when we are not sure of something. We can easily email them and they will email us back. Awesome! The content was very comprehensive - no time was wasted, which makes me feel money well spent! If you are looking to learn to use adobe software, I will HIGHLY recommend you to sign up for this. They have a 3 in 1 bundle set! Call them and ask about it! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very lucky to have been able to come here for a few courses, and have experienced classes taught by both Han and Ricky. They're both equally skilled in teaching and guiding us through the steps and methodogy.
The courses are well planned out and they took time to even explain a bit of history as to why certain buttons are created or not created. Lol. But nonetheless, the pacing and time is just right for the courses that they are offering. They also offer assistance after the course is over and such.
Will recommend to colleagues and others who wants to pick up a few skills in Adobe softwares~!
