Terrible company. Both the boss and worker have extremely bad customer service attitude. Behave like you cannot afford their product/service. Perhaps if you drive a supercar there then maybe their attitude will change. You are better off taking your money elsewhere.

Got a set of used Japanese rims with them. They gave a me very attractive price on the tyre that came along. The mechanic is very knowledgeable but lack some smile.

If there is 0 star or negative star, I would put it. Like what the rest have said, bad ah beng attitude. Not interested in doing business. After multiple attempts , finally received confirmed a date/time appointment to go down to shop. When arrived there, the mechanic Ah Lim dont want to do, said that he was busy. Another Chinese guy told me that he arrived earlier than the Malay guy customer who Ah Lim was entertaining at that point of time. He was puzzled why Ah Lim entertain the Malay guy first even though he arrived earlier. I told Ah Lim, that we already confirm date/time but he cant be bothered, walk away. He was busy negotiating with the Malay guy on the wheel rims and the price. Then he say wait around 2 hours which is coincidentally his lunch time. So in other words, this people choose who they want to make business or serve. They dont care who come first or who make appointment etc. I was thinking to myself, if I wait for Ah Lim 2 hours + lunch time and if another person just walk in and he serve him first, I will be wasting my time since he choose who to serve first. When you protest, they cant be bothered. Who wants to wait whole day even after shop make an appointment with you? I suggest you go other shop do your car thing. I found other shops cheaper or slightly more expensive only (depend on which area you are at) ; Arrow Tyres , Yap Brothers,Chen jin trading , 365 automotive. Dont waste your time/petrol/effort with this shop. ACG - P is written as ACG Peformance but I think is actually ACG Pangsey I dont know how some people rate it as 5 star, maybe employee or friend or self rate. HMU if u want more info of this bull s h i t place. Do business is all about respect and keeping word.
