Went there once and that’s it. Told you to change this and that and the price is double of other car workshop in the same building.

Been here twice, first for major servicing and second for 20k servicing. The lads here are friendly and approachable. 20k servicing includes EO change, air filter, basic check, car wash, interior vacuum and wiping. Speedy and meticulous service. Free flow of bottled water. Whatsapp for appointment.

I had send my car to ACM for servicing for many years. I find that the charges for the service is reasonable and the workmanship is fantastic, I feed very confidence driving my car after my car periodically maintenance. Thank you ACM.

Send 2 cars there for normal servicing, end up replacing a lot of wear n tear according to them. Nvm cause coe cars BUT both cars broke down on the road shortly after, towed back and repair other issues that came up.. ARE THEY 1 OF THOSE WORKSHOPS or am I really that unlucky.. I don't know.. I just don't understand how they manage to say "oh have to replace this replace that" each time I visit them.. I kept going back bcos of the good reviews but my experience tells me FIND ANOTHER WORKSHOP!!

Biggest mistake ever. My manual car’s clutch broke. Searched Google and called ACM to tow as the workshop was nearby. Car checked-up by boss. Quoted $2.2k for repairs plus other “general health check”. Suggested that driving the car would be a lot smoother and would last a good few more years if we changed all the parts. Put my trust in him and paid $2.2k for “6 months parts warranty”. Few weeks later, car broke down in the middle of a busy road in Balestier causing distress and a huge traffic jam. Car towed back. Was told this problem is not related to the previous problem. Quoted $400 more to change more parts. Few weeks later, car broke down again. Rinse and repeat. Few weeks later, car broke down again. Can’t believe I went there 4 times even after spending more than $2.5k. which has caused me much inconvenience, distress and time. 7 months later, clutch broke again. As it is out of the “6 months parts warranty” period, I decided to not to go back to ACM. Went to another workshop and was told the job wasn’t done well and might need to spend a few hundred dollars to change the clutch again. Very very bad experience. Was holding back writing a review but having to bring my car to another workshop in 7 months is really frustrating! >:(

Both boss and staff have excellent customer service manners. They are extremely reliable, providing you with honest feedback and expertise. They always go out of their way to make me feel at ease about leaving my car there for them to service. I’ve tried a few service centres and they are the only ones that i always go back to. They are not pushy for you to buy or change any thing. they always show you the parts that they recommend to replace due to wear and tear, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of replacing it now or later. they always give you time to think and do not use underhand methods to “force” you to do anything. I’ve given both my continental cars and japanese cars to them to service and always find that they use genuine parts and never short change me.
