This is a nice place for elderly to come and make friends with one another. The center manager at Telok Blangah branch is helpful and willing to make an extra mile to discuss with family members on how to better improve the lives of the elderly.

Staffs are great!! Organised activities to engaged clients. Highly recommend??

I would like to especially mentioned Ms Ho who went at length to assist and arrange, and in ensuring all safety procedure for my mum's visit to her long time friend at the centre. The over the counter staff were all pleasant and forthcoming.

My wife and I encounter extremely helpful and caring staff at the center. The management also give us very good support when we are facing with challenging periods. Lastly, my wife enjoy her therapy session at the center and she has improved a lot on her mobility.

We are extremely pleased with Active Global senior care centre @Telok Blangah. They are good at dealing patients with dementia. I appreciate the compassion, understanding, and awareness of the caregivers. They know how to set the elderly mind at ease when it isn't working very well. They know how to react to the elderly comments even though they are sometimes unusual. The caregivers are trained in assistance techniques for dementia patient. It made a big impact because they were trustworthy, accountable, and understanding of my father's needs. The services are absolutely necessary, and they are good at being aware of our problems and handling my father behavior. From the initial phone contact when I spoke to one of the care providers, she was so responsive, caring, patience and concern bout my father's situation. Overall, we are thankful to Active Global senior care centre @Telok Blangah and appreciate you all so much. It was a great pleasure than I could have ever dreamt of. Thank you so much for the great service.

the staff there are really friendly and engaging! i really love the service that they provide there, they constantly keep their clients active and would take really good care of them◡̈ they dont only treat their clients like theyre their patients but talk to them as well like friends and what not. also happy 3 years!!! really happy for them and what they do to keep the clients happy◡̈
