They didn't tell me my voucher expired. I rushed to the salon to use it before 'my voucher ended' but i ended up paying full price and left with an ugly haircut.

Fantastic service by my favorite senior hairstylist Elaine. Did c curl last year with her which lasted for months despite my very straight fine natural hair. Asked for a hair cut this time round and it turned out great as usual!

This was my first visit to Act Point. Did my haircut with Master stylist Jess and she was great! The hairstyle was what I wanted and Jess was very friendly and professional in assessing the hairstyle that was suitable for my face shape, based on my current hairstyle. Prompt service, reasonable pricing. Clean and nice environment. Highly recommended. ??

All the staff were friendly. Ging was my hairdresser. He recommended Avante hair treatment which would improve hair condition and has straightening effect. He assured me that after the treatment, my hair would not look flat and straight like rebonded hair. To my disappointment, my hair turned out to be flat like rebonded hair. Ging then told me I got to wait till my hair to grow a little longer for it to look more natural, which was contrary to what he told me initially.

Last Feb 8 I decided to check out Act Point Salon. It was kinda busy day as CNY is approaching. I want my hair to be rebonded and asked them if it available to do on that day as I am a walk in customer. To my surprised, the answer is yes. I just needed to wait for I think an hour or less but I don’t mind because there is a wifi, the place is accessible (near Somerset MRT) and they are able to do a rebond and C perm on my hair. I like how it turns out. The price is slightly higher than a normal hair salon maybe due to there is a pre and post hair treatment but not so expensive and still can afford compared to other famous hair salons. Hair Rebonding with pre and post treatment (which I supposed to do) is $210 + 7% GST. But I decided to do a C Curl Rebonding (asked the hair stylist if it is possible on my hair and I was happy that it is possible) which is $290 + 7% GST. My hair stylist was Nick Chng but there are 2-3 people who helped him (my bad, I didn’t managed to get their names). I got what I wanted on my hair. He also gave me some tips on how to manage a rebonded/semi perm hair. Overall I like their services. They even apologised for my long wait and offered me a drink. I highly recommend this salon here in Singapore. Thanks and till the next visit! :)

I had Elaine as my hair stylist and she was wonderful. She was gentle in washing my hair and gave me suggestions on the hair style. I am very happy with the result.

Had a wash and blow with Gin. The message was really amazing. Just what I needed. The price is super affordable at $30 before gst. And loved the styling after. The place is bustling and the service was terrific. I'll definitely come again!

Gin is an excellent staff who attended to me and he even stayed late to really finish my hair. He displayed passion and care throughout the whole process and I truly will come back again! My hair is truly soft and cut to how I imagined it to be. Thank you Actpoint Salon team :)
