The worst I’ve ever seen, I did hair rebonding and the staff(I don’t want to use as hairstylist coz he’s unprofessional) said it lasts at least 3months…lolllll what a funniest joke. i washed my hair after 2 days I did my hair and burnt the entire hair. I should read the review before I go to this salon. Open Facebook review if u dare. Worst salon ever!!!!! Don’t believe Facebook posts coz he even straightens the hair after blow dry. Doesn’t recommend!!!!!

Bought the BBO voucher from fave. Please note that this is not a keratin treatment and there is no flat ironing done. The whole process is basically Wash and shampoo -> Apply BBO (stylist doesnt seems to be very thorough) -> Wait for 20-30 mins -> Blow dry. The salon does not even wash your hair after the application and claims that it is meant to be sticky. Advise you to wash it yourself the next day. From my past BBO experiences, there should still be shampooing and flat ironing done after by the salon. Even the haircut was done rapidly/ no effort made. Felt cheated of their BBO, its definitely not worth it. Would advise to go other salon for proper BBO or Keratin treatment.

I went for my first k gloss treatment appointment. Upon arrival, I enquiry about the keratin treatment. They cant tell me the both different but said that keratin has a chemical that will cause cancer suggest me to another treatment which more expensive instead the 2 which I enquiry....... But then, I insist to perform kglos as follow my appt schedule. Then, they seen not happy about it. When performed the treatment, the hair wash done it super simple and after applied the treatment..... They dont even provide me stimer as well as ion my hair after dry up...... The stimer is removed after few seconds and almost immediately after instructions by the incharge..... I am supper disappointed and dissatisfied. The main disappointment is...... My hair don't even smooth at all as per mention...... Don't ever go back

Very good service and value for money. Waited for 20mins but worth it. My hairdresser is very young, knowledgeable, patience and friendly to share tips to take care of my scalp. Most importantly, not pushy to buy additional treatment. Seems a busy, tired long day with continuous customers, he still make an effort to chit chat with you. Did not manage to get his name but thumbs up for him. ?? I would highly recommend to visit. ?

Regret not researching the salon before booking the K-gloss service. Same as other customers, the whole process is basically a quick wash -> briefly apply Kgloss on hair-> Wait for 20-30 mins -> Blow dry. The salon does not even wash your hair after the application and simply ask you to wash it yourself after 48 hrs. The so-called free haircut was just simple trim and no treatment done! Staff tried hard to upsell package $480 & so-called better S4 treatment etc but I would definitely not fall for it after feeling cheated for $88 for kgloss service. Don’t even bother to try. Such a disappointment!

Made appointment at 3pm with Altair Hair Art on Sunday, happened to be earlier and reached at 1.45pm Bugis Cube but could not find the place so I called outlet number and told me saying they were short staffed so Bugis Cube closed and had to go Midpoint Orchard which is Deneb Hair Art. nobody bothered to call to inform change of location and thankfully happened to be earlier to realise - reach at 2.15pm to Midpoint Orchard outlet, no space to wait and ask to stand while waiting. so went back in at 2.45pm, saw Jackie/Jacky happily eating inside salon and ask me to continue stand outside and wait till 3pm. At 3pm, I asked if I could start my rebonding treatment - he asked me if I am rushing for time sarcastically, and I told him I have stood outside for quite some time and even went all the way to Bugis Cube and then go Midpoint Orchard. during registration, he demanded to see my NRIC which was against PDPA however he challenged me to call the police. i unwillingly obliged as I had already wasted 1.5 hours travelling to Bugis Cube and then another 1.5hours to Midpoint Orchard + waiting time then Jackie/Jacky, a guy with round specs and well-fed, asked me to sign an agreement that when my hair gets burnt by their rebonding chemicals etc, it will be none of their business and I have to agree to it, otherwise feel free to just leave the place. there was no way I could continue the rebonding until I signed, so I left the place in anger and told me there is no way to contact the outlet manager. i guess he hates his boss that he does it to make the outlets closed down...

Super bad shop. Very regret. Would not recommend going. My friend and I had both hair damage done. The boss says one thing and does another. Even 1 star ? I also feel more.

Go at your own risk! Booked appointment with Antares Bugis Salon but was directed to go to Deneb Hair Art. Was told to top up as promotion for bioma does not include straightening. Shabby job done and hair was badly damaged!! Was even challenged by their staff when feedback was made. Have reported salon to case!
