The zhi char stall here, Grandma's Place, makes it worth a trip if one happens to be in the north. The salted fish fried rice, fried mian sien, San lau hor fan have wok hei. Do try the delicious seafood bee hoon too. The serving is quite big and all the other dishes taste much better and more reasonably priced than other zhi char stalls. Will come back to try their popular fried grouper which cost $15 or $18 for a bigger one.

Came here on 27 Jun 2021 for lunch, entered car park slightly after 1130 hrs and left about 1245 hrs; although there were notice everywhere at the food court that displaying Free Parking from 1130 to 1330 hrs, EPS auto-deducted $1.07 for parking charges.
