Aggressive sales tactics @ SERANGGON BRANCH - HARDSELL, PUSHY & NO RESPECT towards customer! I have been with Adonis for many years and Adonis will hard sell some service/products EVERY SINGLE TIME I am there.... Initially it wasn’t that bad and normally the sales consultants will stop after 2-3 times rejection but this time it took SIX TIMES ( maybe more) ! I understand that you probably have sales quota to meet but please respect customer's decision! This was the latest experience: 1st NO : My FIRST rejection > As usual sales technique … Sales consultant ( short hair) started to promote CNY promo - how worth is thier 6+4 CNY facial promo. I rejected, I said NO I don’t want, and CLEARLY said that we are HUNGRY right now since we have gotten the earliest slot for facial, so we have not had our breakfast this morning. I expected they would understand my situation, but NO. 2nd NO : Short hair consultant continue to convince by saying, you can place $100 deposit to "secure" this CNY package, it is around 40% cheaper than the packages I've signed before ( 30% discount).. I said NO again and repeat, we haven't eaten anything yet. 3rd NO : I went out from the room to counter. At this time, another Sales consultant joined to convince me, by saying the same things, very worth $$ bla bla bla! I said NO for third time 4th NO : Still refuse to let us go.. Sales Consultant ( short hair) changed the sales technique, she said $100 deposit is not necessary to secure the CNY facial package, u can use it for other services. For example, the services you just had today! I said NO for the fourth time, repeated my point we are hungry now. 5th NO : They changed to $50 deposit when I said I need to use money for this coming CNY. I said NO for the fifth time. 6th NO : Still not giving up ! My fiancé went to toilet, sales consultant (short hair) said, since your fiancé is in toilet right now , do you still wanna consider to place deposit? You can pay $50 only…. $50 only.... For goodness sake, your so called promotions has been going on since my first ever facial service there. I wonder how come such a famous company need to be so hard sell? I ended up paid $50 for the “ deposit”. Yes, this time I managed not to sign any expensive packages, and I will not sign any packages anymore. But, I’m sure they will not giving up to hardsell for my next visit. Their Beauticians (the ones doing facials) are professional but big NOOO to their SALES CONSULTANTS/ SALES beauticians ( whatever) …. VERY VERY VERY hardsell + No emphaty
