No nice hair cut and service by Evon. Cheating customer.

Super super super bad attitude and skill!!!! Wonder why it can survive till now.

Patronised the salons for almost 3-4 times. Their service is really hard sell at the counter when you were about to leave. Seems like niko at serangoon did a better job compared to the rest. She did the soft rebonding for my fringe. But the rest is like sub-standard kind of service when i went bk to do 2nd time.

popped by the hair salon with a friend on 1 June to do scalp treatment. It was priced at $128, down from $248 (which i still thought was pricier despite the half-price discount, but i went ahead and gave it a shot). The service was ok BUT HERE COMES THE THING that puts the customers off... THE HARD SELLING OF THE PACKAGE. I was with a friend so the person kept trying to psycho us to buy a package for scalp treatment which consists of 12 sessions, then we could split 6-6 etc. Told her nicely that we would think about it (aka alr showing signs of dont want to buy), but she still kinda insisted? Like kept saying how we should/could make it a point every month to do scalp treatment. Hoenstly i didnt expect this outlet to do hardselling also... though ive read reviews about their outlets in bedok etc doing so. but oh well, wouldnt really want to step inside again. Shouldve gone to my usual hair salon.

I bought a package and went back for a simple haircut, requesting for curtain bangs and shoulder length hair. Hair was cut in a hurried manner without any blowout with the hairdryer afterwards. Worse, the hairstylist had forgotten to cut any bangs and it was only until I returned to the salon requesting for bangs that the hairstylist admitted her error. Overall, service was poor and disappointing.

Think twice before you signed for package as you will get a different attitude after that. Signed up for package and my hairstylist got transferred to another branch. No choice left for me but to go with a random hairstylist. First visit at 8pm, was informed that they close at 8pm which i understand and i visited again at 650pm the second day but again, was informed not enough staff. What is really disappointing is the way the staff responded on both days which i don't feel that I'm valued as a customer.

Decided to give them a try but they simply have terrible haircutting skill. Due to my long hair length, I had to pay $45 for such uneven trim - I end the session before further damage is made. In no way are they able to do Korean haircut/style. Not patronising again.
