This made the experience pleasant as everything was professional and not pushy where eventually I got the personal loan package at an attractive rate.

Went there for a personal loan. Encountered the person name Nick Chiew H S. Terrible experince. The way he asked questions made me feel terrible. Even asked me to call my manager for approval after providing all the relevant document. Which isn't called for. I have took a loan eslewhere before and they treated their people well. This person was so terrible I regretted coming to this place. This will be a first and last due to the bad experince. You provide loan and we pay that interest in the end. No one is suppose to feel bad & low. I saw the review & decide to apply. Guess some reviews is their own people reviewing it. Lousy person!!!!!!! I paid their loan in a week since I dont trust their ridiculous service.If you read 5 star review from other ppl you will see the diference from real & fake. BShit

I borrow 1k got 900 10%admin fee . Ask me to pay back $1150 . When i check the paper its says $1039.17. I did my math i wasnt even suppose to pay that much , im lucky i trusted my gut and knew something was wrong and when i confronted them they change the rule and say suddenly $50 interest

First, they asked some required ques & checked, informed me that yes I could take their loan even tho I was not a high income person and according to the Govt Minlaw, after calculation they advised I can go for $1500.I went for my appt on the same day and it turned out to be “ ooh due to your salary is Low and u have another loan company ongoing so we can only loan you $500 and to pay by 2 weeks time”- so I just felt I’ve wasted my trip going all the way there as if they can don tell me so confidently over the phone, probably i will not go for $500 of loan.Definitely I have thoughts to leave the place then because no point of taking if it don really can solve my bill issue. But the gentlemen who served me N**k , try to persuade like saying things like - this first loan payment if it’s on the date and no delay etc…so they can re-loan me $1200 with instalment again. And I believed they won’t like tell lies rite … so I thought okay, I will just pay on 7th which is 2 weeks due date from the day I borrow paying $505.. and till then I can don re -loan or at anytime on future if I want to re-loan … i can come back to them. So after I paid and after 3 days . I just WhatsApp the person who served me initially and what surprised me was twist & turn of words , no more $1200 , no more helpful like how he spoke that day, when asked , he said go den and submit docs first and subject to approval , I swear he didnt me still any of these that very first day , and now he did not say abt the Amount and everything he said was like Erased already and I don see anything similar to what he said 2 weeks ago when I’m taking their loan in the office . So my fellow frens … this tricks is like some old school money lender company .. I’m really disappointed as when I took from them … that 2 weeks I did felt they are helpful company … oops and now I knew no no ..I just hope that you know … you can whatever but don give hopes to people who is really in need of help on money and to no extend that have to go for Loan … please don give false hopes or casual lies to them /us .. because we will trust you when you land a hand to us to pulled us through and in the end it was all some untrue conversation.
