Miss Jasmine was Valerie’s O level Chemistry teacher at Advo. She had helped my daughter tremendously, particularly in understanding the fundamental Chemistry. Through her scaffolded lessons and her best teaching methodology, she scored A1 for her weakest subject. Her positive belief in my daughter had encouraged her to persevere and learn happily, Most importantly she gained confidence! Valerie specifically requested for her Miss Jasmine to teach her Chemistry again for her IB. Under her positive coaching, Val scored a 7 point again. Miss Jasmine was my tutor for my A levels and she really helped me improve my grades from a fail to an A. She was extremely patient when teaching and she managed to create an environment where students weren't afraid or shy to raise their doubts! Her notes also helped me greatly in understanding chemistry concepts so if you have a weak foundation in chemistry or require more practice I would strongly recommend ADVO.

The coaches at Advo are knowledgeable and passionate. They never leave any student behind, and regularly check in with each student to ensure that he/she masters the content well. The approach in handling each student is also tailored according to the student's mastery of the subject as well as his/her personality. The kind and understanding coaches make sure to take time to get to know each student well. A key feature is the OPCM (one page concept map). These summarize each topic succinctly so that the students are able to better plan their revision and manage their time efficiently. The OPCMs are especially useful during the last few weeks/months before the A Levels, since students can quickly recap any concepts they are weak in. I was a student who joined Advo's H2 Chemistry for roughly 9 months. With Advo coach Jasmine's help and unwavering support, I managed to improve my Chemistry grades from E to my desired A! As Jasmine says, A for Chemistry is easy! Saying that Jasmine is a wonderful coach would be an understatement. The fact that she quickly responds to any questions a student messages her about, even if she receives the messages on her off days, is testament to how dedicated and committed she is when it comes to being entrusted with and responsible for her students' grades. Jasmine might even follow up with sharing interesting/novel/challenging questions that she receives from her students with the rest of the class, allowing all her students to be exposed to atypical questions that they might face in their exams. Jasmine thus provides her students with a competitive edge over their peers, allowing Advo's students to perform well academically and be within the top percentiles. Needless to say, Jasmine is a highly experienced tutor who has taught Chemistry for many years. This makes her an overly suitable and qualified candidate to alert students to the topics and concepts they should focus their time and efforts on. I believe this is a primary reason why Jasmine is able to consistently take in students who fail or borderline pass their Chemistry school exams and aid them in transforming the S/E grades into their desired ones. For the more concerned, the weekly homework is manageable, since it is mostly just MCQs to check on your understanding of the content. Occasionally there are small tests and attractive prices are awarded to the top scorer(s). Because of the vast inventory of questions sourced from exam papers of top schools, students are presented with many opportunities to revise and challenge themselves. This progressively prepares students to tackle the actual A Levels with confidence and without any more fear. I would also like to shout out to all the admin staff who are just very supportive and professional, always rendering timely assistance when necessary.

I'm extremely thankful to Ms Jasmine for helping me to excel in my A level Chemistry. Her passion for the subject and patience in breaking down difficult concepts helped me to understand and enjoy the subject. Not only is Ms Jasmine a master at Chemistry, she is also very nurturing. Hello, i was a student from Advo for about 4 to 5 years, during this 4-5 years i have learnt lots from them compared to many other tuition centres that i have attended previously. What stood out for me in this tuition centre was the positive and cheerful environment, instead of a stressful and tiring environment expected for a stereotyped tuition centre. I would highly recommend Advo to many as their teaching methods are slightly different from many others, they are able to help students attain better understanding and skills in subjects/topics in a simple and straightforward manner. These methods did not only help me but many of my peers attain good results in both O and A levels. :)

Jasmine Wong is a dynamic and focused teacher. Appreciate her time and efforts (extra mile) to demonstrate her commitment to ensure my O-level daughter fulfills her goals. Thank you Jasmine for helping my son achieve his A in H2 Chemistry in a short span of 8 months. Jasmine is a very kind, patient and thoughtful tutor who genuinely cares for her students. She always puts the welfare and needs of her students first and would go the extra mile to do make-ups for students on a one-to-one basis, and also takes the trouble to answer students' queries promptly. With her bubbly and cheerful personality, Jasmine has been able to inspire my son as well as help him open up and be receptive to feedback to improve his learning. Teacher Jasmine from Advo did a wonderful job with my daughter Jolene. She was very patient and encouraging and always there to answer all the queries raised by my daughter. She also gave her tips on how to excel and score and supply Jolene with useful and relevant materials for her to score an A in her A-level exam. She also constantly kept me updated with Jolene’s progress which put me at ease to know that Jolene is progressing well in her learning. I would highly recommend Teacher Jasmine for those who are struggling or even wanting to achieve better grade for Chemistry to be coach by her.
