★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son to see Dr Alex Teo right after his book out from Tekong. Dr Alex and his assistant has been patient though it is near their closing time for the afternoon session. He carefully treated my son's skin abrasion, patiently advice the after care needed. Thank you Dr Teo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic hours closes at 8:30PM and not at 9PM as it says in the website and front door - it is misleading. Better to just put an information that clinic hours closes at 8:30 PM.
So be mindful when you arrive at the clinic closer to 8:30PM time as the Providence clinic will not accept you and they will ask you to go to a 24 hour clinic or to an emergency hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Providence Clinic @ Novena and was impressed by both the clinic staffs and also Doctor Alex Teo who was meticulous and knowledgeable.
He took his time to run through my conditions and reassured that I'll recover very soon with medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t return. The clinic assistants could not resolve simple administrative errors even when I’m very certain it was clinic’s oversight. I offered to go to the clinic to sort out the matter but they told me the doctor would charge me for consultation. It’s ridiculous when I’m not even going for a consult! Here’s a patient who just wanted to make good an error but the clinic was only keen to push their fault away. Utterly disappointed!
Updated (13/7/22): Dr Sri (not the doc who saw me) from the clinic contacted me after this review. He patiently listened to my exasperating experience with his admin team and was sincere in helping to resolve the issue. While the experience still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I appreciate this doctor’s effort to make things right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updating this review as the Clinic did reach out to contact me and took the time to explain and apologize for the issues I ran into.
The usual Doctors that we visit at Providence are excellent and always give me and and family excellent medical advice.
In light of this, and the followup by the clinic, going to chalk this up to a one-off bad experience.
Thanks to Dr Srinesh for taking the time to reach out to me.

When the usual Doctors are there they are great! Problem is that sometimes the doctors are there, sometimes not. Sometimes they are open, other times not. Sometimes they answer the phone, othertimes .. well, you get the picture. Also, the temp Doctor I saw today was truly, truly terrible and didn't have a clue. Had to go to another doctor instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Providence is our family clinic, and Dr Mok is our family doctor. He sees everyone from my hubby and i, my kids and my helper. He's extremely thoughtful, genuinely concerned and patient. He's detailed in his analysis and is very thorough. My kids look forward to visit the doctor cos they get sweets and stickers, and of cos to see the very kind Dr Mok again. The new staff are also patient and attentive.
