★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional team, communication with the customer service rep was very prompt and pleasant, information on slight delay in pickup time was communicated an hour earlier and not last minute.
The team took care to wrap my bed frame properly and without incident moving my stuff and reassembling my bed frame.
10/10 would recommend for anyone looking around for a mover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin was efficient and very responsive. Price stated was also very affordable amongst all that I inquired, eventhough it was quite last minute. The movers are punctual and professional. Delivery was on time. Will engage with them again for future deliveries and I do recommend their services. Great work guys!

However, they were late for an hour. Supposed to move at 3pm but they came at 4 plus. (Very unlike of the "punctual" positive attributes remarked by other good reviews.)
I just wished they were more upfront and prompt in letting their customers know about their schedule. And avoid overpromising. Otherwise, it would have been a wonderful deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this company on Carousell and engaged them for moving things to new flat. The guys came on time for the move but unfortunately the old flat’s main gate is still close that time and the person in charge has not yet arrived to open the gate. The guys led by Joshua patiently waited which i am so glad. They did their job properly and they are very much reliable and friendly. They even allowed me to ride with them in the lorry going to the new flat. Overall, they did a great job, they have competitive price, definitely recommended and will use them again if needed in the future. :)
