★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother set an appointment 2 month ago on an old record but due to COVID-19 situation it was pushed back. After the CB(Circuit Breaker) her appointment was set to the 25th of June in the morning according to the front desk there was no record of it found on the new record. This was so careless and were not professional when dealing with the situation.
