โ โ โ โ โ Bought a gift set today. Didnโt know thereโs an Aesop outlet here. The staff (young girl/boy) was really good. They were attentive, knowledgeable & willing to go an extra mile to provide the best service they possibly could. I am happy with my product, but even more delighted with the service they provided. Definitely would visit this outlet again. Worth my time. Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ The five stars are meant only for Sherrie, the sales representative who served me at Westgate. I was absolutely blown away by her impressive customer service. The attention she gave me was really fantastic. All sales personnel should be trained under Sherrie. In fact I hope she will be promoted soon to bebe able to transfer her skills to the others! Thank you Sherrie for understanding my needs and your efficiency! ? ?

โ โ โ โ โ Went to Westgate Aesop outlet on the 29th June and thatโs my first time in any Aesop stores as well. It was super intimidating as the outlet was so quite and felt โout of my leagueโ as a shopper, but I would like to thank Karrie(I assumed, from the e-invoice cashier name) She was super friendly and knowledgeable, introducing me products that suits my liking and even pointed out details from observation like skincare products to a makeup wearer! I love the aesthetics and ambience there, I would love to visit more Aesop outlets in the future as I've truly experience an awesome customer service and it was a zen experience :)
