Great service ?? staff was patience towards me during the eye test as I couldn't see well ! ? definitely will come back again & recommend to my family members !

Walked in and was rudely greeted by staff when I said I wanted to buy contact lenses - already mentioned I wear contact lenses, but they asked me if I know how to clean contact lenses??? Then before even showing me the products, one of them asked me to scan a QR code without telling me what it’s for. Ended up registering for a membership I have no information about. Then when I was finally shown the lenses, the staff did not provide me much information about it, and didn’t seem to know much about the different types of lenses also. When they saw that my degree was not in stock, they did not offer me any alternative locations with stock available. Ended up buying lenses different from what I originally wanted. The whole vibe was so rude and unwelcoming. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions because they were so curt with the few that I asked. Would recommend going to a different outlet, because this is the first time I have experienced such poor quality of service at an Owndays outlet.

Excellent experience here at Owndays with Lester. He is a very patient, professional and meticulous optometist who tended to my dad for his eye care needs. If anyone wants to make any glasses, he is certainly someone I would recommend going to. Very grateful for the service he has provided to us.

Lester and Elaine were knowledgeable about the product and I felt confident to make a purchase. Thank you Elaine for searching up the same pair of spectacles I bought from a different outlet 2 years ago. And another thanks to Lester for conducting the eye check procedure smoothly ?

One of the best spec service I have ever known! I accidentally broke my specs and rushed down at 9.30pm to fix it! The staff was fast and they fixed it up for free! I'd put more stars if I could haha! Very satisfied with the service!

Went to WestGate Owndays on my mom's birthday because she asked for a pair of lens with Blue Light protection. Wow! Not a bad request for a 67 year old birthday girl eh.. Chosen a green frame with yellow temples for her self, we headed to an available staff to assist us. He is merticulous and patient with us and ensure we enjoyed all offers available , including a birthday offer. Thank you Owndays. Waiting for the new pair of spectacles, with abated breath!

The staff was very helpful and gave me suggestions of which specs to get. I like their technology to check eye vision and degree as well as their system of reservation of glasses for 7 days and 1 year warranty. The selection of glasses are great too!
