Nice place to have late supper. The small plates have alot of effort in them. The Chef was clearly a wine maestro, pairing right choices for guests. I cant drink for medical reasons but the team's active determination to make sure you are having a great experience nonetheless makes this quick nibble worthy of a holler.

Aether House French wine focused bistro in the CBD area. Food can be hit or miss but service was very amiable. Le Poulet had a nice rich sauce that put the whole dish together. Located on the first floor of Sofitel, Aether House is an ideal place for weekday business or casual lunch. The ambiance is chic, and the price is reasonable. An Omakase 3-course meal with coffee or tea is priced at $38++; $52++ with a glass of wine. L’entree, main course, and dessert here are not particularly sophisticated, but the taste is genuine and French. We were given the option of beef or fish for the main course. Coffee is excellent, offered in either Black (Macadamia, Soft Spices) or White (Nutty and Chocolate finish). There are also some seasonal flavors; for instance, we had Haru Suke from Ethiopia last time, which gives a floral, citrus, and earl grey taste to the palette.

Went there for the wine, came back for the food and service. Aether House is a fantastic place for quality wines, cheeses and food. Went for the 8 course tasting menu to share, and was happily surprised by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The kaya soufflé is a must-try but I must say I also loved the chocolate mousse (no added sugar, no cream, just quality chocolate and eggs!). Their cheese platter is to die for, so unique and premium compared to other regular French places. Do I even need to mention that their wine selection is amazing? Can’t wait to visit during the day to try their coffee!

Deserves 6 stars! “We are in the hospitality business and we take care of everyone here.” Chef Laurent runs an amazing place with great food, wine and coffee. Outstanding service from every staff - attentive yet chill vibe. A perfect place that will make you want to come back all the time. ❤️

Such a great night! I celebrated my birthday there, foods and wine were amazing! Staff and especially Chef Laurent were very friendly and helpful to explain the menu. I advise to just follow the vibes by choosing the 8 courses pairing with the bottle of wine that you choose. For the reservation (group of 5 pax) we even got the "VIP room". The place is very unique, chic interior design. There is even a corner with wine books and french products if you feel like buying.

If you’re looking for an authentic French cuisine with perfect wine paring, Aether house would be the best choice! I would highly recommend the chef’s tasting menu - choose a specific wine that you like and the chef will pair your selected wine with high-quality meal course. Totally hassle-free for those who are picky including myself. Fresh ingredients, fabulous food, the attentive services from the staff members. It was simply Awesome! *Not forgetting the after-meal fragrant coffee that was served - a perfect end to my meal there * Definitely will come by again

Incredible ingredients but not only. The chef Laurent made sure to design dishes that magnify each ingredient yet remains simple and enjoyable by anyone. Not your typical French restaurant as most dishes are meant to be shared (tapas style) which is perfect for wine pairing. We had 9 savoury dishes + cheese and 4 desserts. Came for the Soufflé but the Chocolate mousse intensity was mind blowing. I won't spoil the other dishes but all of them were terrific. Everyone should make their own experience Drink menu wise you will find quality wine (mostly French) with varying price ranges. But even the most affordable ones (70+ onwards) are excellent. The decor was modern with great lighting. Last but not least the service was on point and friendly. Will definitely come back again to try the lunch. Now my new favourite French restaurant in Singapore l.
