The place is obviously very hot as it is located in a kopidiam. The food is that of a typical so char store, located in a small neighborhood of yishun. Owner is of the usual household type of foodm nothing to complain a

Has been there 2 times due to limited choice around the area, but the taste is very bad with poor attitude from the owner. All my 2 times visit has been very unpleasant due to the attitude of the owner. often forgot or serve wrong order without even apologizing. Highly not recommended for dining here.

Visited this stall today with ordered & take away Yang Zhou Fried rice and Fried Hokkien Mee, we politely to request 2 packs sambal and harsh rejected by stall owner mentioned only can provide 1 pack to serve fried rice while fried hokkien mee only can provide preserve chili. Poor service & not recommend to visit here ever.

Best har cheong gai ever had! Better than the one at yishun park hawker centre!

Har Cheong Gai was crispy and flavourful. Itโ€™s way up there with the best. Iโ€™m just appalled by the price. 4 mid wings and rice for $5.50 is too much.

Famous for its prawn paste fried chicken, crab dishes need advance booking. They have been operating for decades.

Reasonably priced coffeeshop tze char fare. I never fail to order the crispy prawn paste chicken wings and the claypot curry fish head. This chicken wing dish has bits of battered and deep fried pandan leaves which to my surprise, is enjoyed by young and old. It has a well balanced hint of prawn paste and the texture is best appreciated dining in. If you're one who loves the stink of prawn paste, this might not be a hit with you. The curry dish is aromatic and not watered down. Authentic taste. The boss is usually grumpy to his staff and turns it down a notch when dealing with customers. You'll need to be a regular there for him to force a smile out. That being said, he's still OK and doesn't put me off from going back. You would only have to deal with him while ordering, so it's not much of a downer. The saving grace was that there seems to be a new chap manning the ordering and cashiering who seemed quite enthusiastic. Overall the quality of the food is above average and even when I try the lesser ordered tze char dishes, I'm not left with a bad taste in my mouth. 4 out of 5 stars is a darn good rating in my standard.
