★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good salted duck that is quite rare to find in Singapore as not many people cook duck this way anymore. I first tried this 7 years ago when they opened a stall just outside my house at Sembawang Hills Food Centre and I thought it was really special as I prefer this style to the braised duck with gravy. I also really like the chilli which complements the duck very well, I could just eat it with rice alone. Best eaten on the day itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dish is uncommon in Singapore, it's not easy to have duck being served in this way as duck meat tends to be harder & have a stronger odour. Uncle does very well in this dish, it was fresh,not tough and tasty without strange taste or smell. I'm so glad that I get to savor this special dish.. Thank you very much

We ordered whole duck Delivery and it still tastes very good after all these years ??? The chilli sauce is a perfect match for the slightly salted and tender meat....YUM YUM!
The Delivery service was also prompt and friendly, keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to frequent the stall back when it was in Upper Thomson FC. Haven’t had their duck rice in a long long time and our family misses it, thrilled to see them back. Saw on their Facebook page that they do delivery and ordered for today. Totally recommend it. Very flavourful duck and rice, still tastes as good as ever, really friendly service too. 10/10. shiok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed when uncle ended his business in 2015 and never thought I would get to taste his wonderful creation again. But I am so glad he has decided to step out of retirement and bless us with his culinary treasure. The duck is well marinated right to the bones and the meat is so succulent. Don’t forget to dip it in the accompanying condiment of soya sauce, lime, chilli and garlic that brings the taste up a notch.

Will think of its wonderful taste and texture every now and then, esp everytime we visit Sembawang Hill hawker centre since it's closure... those fragrance bouncy skin and juicy tasty meat as you chew that lingers in the mouth. Personally feels it's the best in Sg, even better than those salted duck that I've tried in specialty restaurants... Comparable to the best Roasted duck and braised ducks, if not better. Highly recommended for those who enjoy good food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After KF Seetoh posted that a hawker legend is back in business - We came down to sample Uncle Zhuo’s childhood signature delicacy.
It was what it was proclaimed by the foodies and we are very happy with this new discovery.
The meat’s seasoning was balanced and not too salty. It was a perfect marinate and goes well with the rice. The homemade chilli condiments are top.
Braised vegetables are well executed too - perfect fibres with the dish.
We dabao back a quarter for afternoon teas snacks LOL!
