★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it does not have the most fantastic braised kway chap, the organs are tasty and very clean. And I like that they allow you to choose what you like and omit what you don't like. The serving is also the most generous i have seen and only cost $3.50, with kway or rice $4.
