He patiently answered my queries and kept me updated on the progress of the insurance claim.
Repair was done promptly once the paperwork was cleared.

Although I didn't do my repair at Ah Lim Motor (chose to do nearer to my residential), I was pleasantly surprised on the customer service that Gerald provided.
