Attitude and brainless. Please avoid this workshop. Lady boss have no idea on what's she talking. Was told by ah meng to send in car to fix the panel at SGD$150 as he inspect reassure before asking me to leave the car and collect it later. But oh gosh, who knows, the cunning wolf will call you an hour later saying/reasoning he can't do and need to buy new panel the cost went up to SGD $250. This fellow doesn't know outside panel cost about $80 to $90 which i enquiry before engaging him. Cunning wolf lost for words.

Never go to this workshop. I should have got my car repair. Instead, they never able to get my car repair. Especially the lady boss. Push the blame back to my car. "My car" is the cause? If you hate your car, you can bring your car to them. They will give you a ride for your money and time.

Was introduced to this workshop by a staff member of the AA. First trip: Went in to repair a leaking steering rack which cost SGD 680 for a supposedly refurbished replacement, enduring rude treatment in the process. Shocked then they had no proper key management system (fish for it out of a box, they had no idea whose key is whose). Second trip: Realised within a week the problem was not fixed, as there was still fluid leakage which corroborated with reduced steering fluid container levels. Brought the car back, explained the problem again in detail, even showing pictures of leakage. I left my car there for three days, after which they insisted it was not the steering rack at all but an engine seal issue Only which they charged me more money for. I found this very strange but they had never been easy to talk to even on the phone (they tended to slam the phone down mid-sentence even when you were asking about repair status), figured it was useless reasoning as I'd already explained enough and thus I left. The lady boss gave vague directions to find my car in a public carpark, which when found, had a piece of tubing on the windscreen I figured out had come from under the hood and fixed myself. The leakage continues, but I have lost complete confidence with the lack of professionalism of this workshop. One does not wish to be so negative but perhaps the honest truth of this review will encourage them to run their business properly and treat any remaining customers and their cars with greater care and decency.

Mercedes service. This place was reccomended to me by an Uber driver who, over the years had used it for a series of Mercedes cars. The boss is called Albert. He knows Mercedes inside out. Very fast service (same day pick up) transparent pricing, he works around problems and keeps you informed with pictures as he goes. Much faster (and cheaper) than the main dealer and, here’s the real joy, he doesn’t just say you need a new X. He’ll try to fix it first. Dramatic example: The electric driver’s seat on my car stopped moving backwards (after becoming jammed on something I’d stupidly left underneath it). The main dealer inspected and told me I needed a new mechanism. And worse, that meant a whole new seat assembly. Around $4,000. Albert took a look, diagnosed it was a cable problem and fixed it for peanuts. A huge saving of a wholly unnecessary cost..

I have been sending my car here for repairs and servicing since 10 years ago. Pricing is relatively reasonable. Albert, the chief mechanic in charge here is a friendly and down to earth guy. I see alot of big cars like merc and BMWs were sent there too. Definitely a reliable place to send your car to.
