Tried all 3 options of their famous $1 mini nasi lemak. You have a choice of sambal Ikan Bilis (my favourite!), sambal Sotong, and sambal Shrimps. Love the taste of their sambal, and it isn't too spicy so it's just right for my tastebuds. Can't wait to try their other menu, especially the one with fried chicken. Very good idea to have it mini version, so you can easily buy and try all flavours :)

Sambal was nowhere near as good as it was when they started off selling from home. Tasted more like sweet tomato than sambal. Turmeric rice and chicken were bland. Prawns were frozen prawns.

Love the nasi kandar. Had a set with chicken wing and another with prawn. Chicken wing was nicely spiced and the prawn sambal was nice. Overall very delicious. Service is attentive and friendly too. Will definitely go back again.

The chicken wing is juicy and crispy, could be better marinated though. The rice of the set 1 is fair, not particularly special. Chilli is a bit too sweet, lacks the punch. Rice is normal coffeeshop standard rice. Overall the food meets the $4 price, but not worth to queue. Ordered the tumeric rice with curry chicken the following day at $5. The curry is not even comparable to the $2.80 store at the front of the hawker centre. The rice is meh. The achar is very tasty, not too sour. (though some might like it more sourish) the food sell out quite fast and queue is long, probably because they are relatively new.

the curry chicken kandar ($5) was passable, and the sambal petai ($3) was good. but the fish kandar ($5) was a huge disappointment, tough fish with a thick batter, and worst of all cold. terribly disappointed. they should do a better job of either frying on the spot, or at the bare minimum keeping their items warm.

Ordered the chicken curry Kandar and added a piece of fish at additional $2.50. There is option of having white rice or Turmeric rice at no additional cost. Both the chicken, fish and the curry sauce is nice and not spicy. The only feedback is the chicken meat is only the small side. The pickled vegetables is of the right sourness and goes well with the rice.
