I found a dish here that exceeded my expectation, which I did not expect. It's the Ee Fu Noodles. That was definitely the highlight of my meal. The butter (lime?) sauce complimented the lobster really well, and the fish definitely was steamed to perfection. Seafood is a no brainer here. If you order off the menu it'll just be mediocre and honestly, overpriced.

Service was excellent. Well attended by several servers and they worked well as a team. Outdoor seating was cooling, has a extendable shelter if weather turns rainy. Order was easy as they have many set meals to meet the diners’ preference. Seafood was fresh. Price was reasonable.

Phenomenal Black Pepper crab, this Cantonese restaurant has incredible food with deep and rich flavors. The staff is helpful with a great and welcoming vibe.

The executive lunch serve is lukewarm. I am expecting better standard from ah yat. The environment is clean but somehow no music allowed so it can be abit dull as the chatting in the restaurant can be heard easily..

Standard fare dim sum at 30% off which works out to be priced from $3.85 that’s quite ok. The food is not premium but decent enough for a satisfying meal. The most surprising dish was the “Steamed Ricesheet Roll w/Prawn” which turned out to be lightly fried & crispy inside instead of simply prawn filling and was nice. I would skip the bbq char siew bun and custard salted egg bun. Har gow skin not so good. Siew mai so so. Deep fried turnip cake was ok. The environment was rather dull but service was good.

The location may be a little out of the way but, but it’s worth it once you get a taste of the flavour in all the dishes. We started with deep fried fish skin, which was delivered warm from the wok and crispy without being oily. We then tried the garlic beef cubes, which had a lovely rich sauce that suited the tender texture of the soft meat. Even the Kang Kong, which you can find in many places made an impression on the taste buds, so you know the chefs got some ‘wok hay’ skills when you can taste the crunch of the veg and the chilli flavour isn’t over bearing. The best part was the E-fu, noodles which despite having many times at other places, still felt delicate in taste with subtle a light flavour to each bite. Overall the price is fair, the venue is spacious, but the decor of the place is a little bland, but the service is good and the food more than makes up for it. A good place if you just want guaranteed good Cantonese cuisine.
