★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is decent and taste authentic. Wanted to give a high 4 stars but the aircon not switched-on on a hot noon time lunch and non top-up of the ice Viet tea felt that a 3 stars rating is more deserving. Will definitely visit again but will choose a cool evening time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pancake is huge. Grilled pork is decent. Oyster at 2 sgd during happy hour is fresh Tamarind drink contains tamarind and nuts. A little sweet though.
Prices are reasonable except Canned drink too expensive at 2.50.
2nd visit one month later: tried the rice with pork chop. The pork chop is marinated and grilled. However It tastes like satay meat which doesn't feel right with me.
All prices are nett.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a solid 4 stars especially as they have lots of items on their menu.
Had their sliced beef with noodle ($7.90) and their Rolls (3 for $5.90) and their Tamarind Juice ($2.50). Overall satisfying.
The generous serving of noodles and beef came with fresh Thai Basil (did not add all) and Bean Sprouts and lime. Broth was natural and not too salty.
Need to add the bean sprout as soon as you get the soup unless you like crunchy raw vegetables. Would have loved a bigger slice of lime and needed a better chilli combo (the chilli served most likely came from bottles).
I was quite excited by the quantity and quality of the beef served. Quite value for money I believe. If only they make their own chilli and provided more lime (oh, they removed the seeds and that's very welcomed)
The Rolls were not great though. They went for quantity I felt. I barely tasted the prawn and pork meat.
The Tamarind juice was exceptionally good. Loved the bits of peanuts they added. Ate all the bits, peanut and tamarind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed at the food quality here. We are a group of Vietnameses who saw lots of ads about this place so we gave it a try. We ordered some seafood dishes, tomyum noodle soup, chicken pho, bbq pork noodle, and beef luklak. ALL the dishes have very mediocre flavours (or below average if I'm being super honest here). I hope the owner will investigate and improve the food quality in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended by my cousin, I came to try the oysters. It is plump, juicy and creamy and it was even more value for money at $1.90 if you order it during happy hours. The fried intestine with Kim chi was also really flavourful and it is more on the crunchy side. Pho was just ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this restaurant. Loved the oysters as its juicy and fresh. Highly recommend to try it out during happy hour as its $1.90 per piece. The porridge was okay, meat was on the tough side. The BBQ squid was too chewy for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is popular with the locals and the Vietnamese. Pretty extensive menu, noticed many tables ordering the shell seafood sharing platters and fresh oysters. Since it was our first time went for the noodles. Generous servings. Pho Bo Tai came with fresh beef slices, but soup was not hot enough & flat noodles were not as smooth to the palate. The Deep Fried Rice Paper Roll with Marinated Pork is fried upon order very well stuffed. Their grilled pork chop was really well marinated and so good. Do try the tamarind drink which is a real thirst quencher - comes with roasted peanuts toppings which you can omit. Overall a good affordable meal. Would be back to try other dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came two weekends ago for dinner and there was a long queue already, hence returned today for late lunch and glad we can just walk in to get table without reservation. There is wide variety on menu, with BBQ items, hotpot Or dishes. We ordered fresh Japanese oysters @$1.90 each during happy hour promotion. It is fresh and big too. Well Worth it! Given just the two of us, we didn’t try the BBQ platter other tables were having, however we ordered grilled “Hum” and love it too. Grilled Pork rice is good too, so is the bitter gourd with fried egg. Shall return again to try other items at off peak hours. Recommended to make reservation in advance!
