Lady owner is very helpful and friendly. Is the best shop in AV. Only pratonise them instead of their neighboring shops whom have bad attitude and poor service. Highly recommended

I had a terrible experience with this company. They quoted me a price for the hob and hood which included installation for the gas. Mr Leong, the owner, was here to install the gas himself. He did not seem to know what to do, forced the connection and damaged my kitchen cabinet backing. He also scratched the bottom of my brand new sink and my brand new kitchen countertop despite me asking him to be careful. On top of that he asked for additional payment for installation when the price was supposed to be all inclusive. In the end he still didn't managed to install the gas pipe to the hob. The company inform us that they will send a licensed gas service worker. Mr Leong does not appear to be a licensed gas service worker. EMA should verify.

Louis and Muru is very helpful. Workmanship of fixing the water pipe to my dishwasher was very good. They are very patient and nice. I have been purchasing my household electric goods from them for many years. ???

UNETHICAL SHOP. Never buy anything from them. I agreed to buy their display set fridge at a discounted price and yet it was spoilt. Apparently is gas leak. The fridge arrived at 2pm on 19/11 but by 4pm, all my things were melted and the fridge was not cold at all. One staff came over to check at 7pm and told me to off the fridge for 30mins and on again. (He did not tell me what was wrong with the fridge). An hour later, still wasn’t working. I informed the guy and he gave me a list of fridges that was much more expensive than the current one and more expensive then those online for the same models. He told me to buy those models and he will delivered in the morning. I refused and i was told to call their boss next morning. I went down to their shop to talk to the boss and the boss refused to refund me. She said after 3 repairs only can they refund me if the fridge was still spoilt. End up she called up her staff and after the staff told her the fridge was having gas leak then she gave me the full refund. But I had to pay 3% admin fee to them. She refused to give compensation for the spoilt food caused by her spoilt fridge. She said the discount she gave me was already compensation for me. What screwed up logic is that? They even forced me to go home on the spot NOW to go home to retrieve the fridge. If not they won’t even give me the refund. And they never even send me back to the shop after they took back the fridge.

I pre-ordered a la-germanie standing cooker from Mrs Koh, but she passed away shortly after before the stock arrived. After the confirmation of stock, I made a very last minute change to the delivery because of a QO at home. All this was communicate through Louis personally because I got his mobile from the notice of Mrs Koh's wake. The standing cooker was delivered by the la-germanie agent, and the actual delivery was made by some third party company. The installation was made by Ail Leong Electrical themselves and they have a CityGas certified technician. When a few parties are involved, miscommunications are expected, so be ready to resolve them. In this case, the timing need to be arranged, and also the delivery+disposal charges. The entire bill is all inclusive so I just direct money matters to Aik Leong. Things to improve for the shop. (1) Should have an outside office hours contact. (2) Should coordinate the delivery and installation if another agent is involved. All in all, things went smoothly because this customer took an active role. You know, for neighbourhood estate shops, they work differently. I actually price checked against the bigger shops like courts and parasilk online. The price is reasonable in my opinion.
