★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 encounters with 2 different AC Uncle teams. Team 10 came by for a no-cost no-obligation assessment of my existing system. They were honest and gave detailed advice. Team 2 did the dismantling and installation of the piping. They were punctual, communicative and professional. Will continue to engage them for regular servicing after I move in.

I feel comfortable that the same staff always comes to my house for servicing so they can follow through the condition of my Aircon. Today one of the staff even told me of a recurrent problem from one year ago. This is possible because the same staff did the servicing for the past 1 year.

Friendly staffs of Air Con Uncle was able to find and help installed one very soon with reasonable pricing. Services and safety awareness were top notched and impressive. Highly recommended.

They did the job efficiently and cleaned thoroughly, even removing the blower wheel to wash it. The cost is reasonable, especially if you get a package. It is also not difficult to book a slot. I'm a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged them to service my 4units aircon. I have some issues with the wooden board near my external compressor by the initial aircon contractor. Whenever heavy rain, the rain water will come in through the wooden board and drip to my room floor. The team 9 crews were friendly & helpful. They helped to checked and proposed the idea to install the aluminimum to cover up instead. Contacted the Sales team, Vincent, he was helpful by answering all my questions and made the arrangement. Got the aluminimum installed today. Team 9 was efficient and completed the installation. Thank you so much and hope this will solve my headache for the heavy rain & rain water

He even recommended air con brand and help to check with HQ for the earliest available date for installation. When I asked him about ‘why called Air Con Uncle?” He candidly explained to me! Kyle was very meticulous in rendering his assistance and always ready to answer my queries. He even check back with me about the aircon installation. The installers are really professional. Whole installation work took about 6 hours. Pls support Kyle & Air con Uncle. Recommended Aircon company!
