★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the air India office staff . Many times call on the hotline they didn't reply . Even ask to the air India staff on WhatsApp also still that person didn't reply . Just read the msg and ignore . I don't know when will be air India refundable my money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it is management or the speed of systems, but be prepared for long waits if the office is busy. Average processing time for one request is over 10 mins, even if you just want to cancel a ticket. Staff is pleasant and helping, you will get the work done for sure, but wait is terrible. Plan to go early if you cannot do stuff online
