★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst airlines. They can delay again and again and ask you to change gate from one end of airport to another end. Wasted more than half a day. Only inform you the first delay, and subsequent delays, they don’t even care to inform you, waiting for you to find out by surprise. $&@#%€£¥

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If its possible to give them a 0 star, i will definitely do that. Worst airline's customer service period. Their website is useless. Kept going expired on my payment. And went it does went through, i was double charged, and the bloody AVA is pointless and useless. You can't make refunds for double payment bookings. You can't speak to an agent. Basically its a bloody scam airline company. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY TICKETS FROM THEM. THEY MIGHT DOUBLE CHARGED YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 3 tickets to travel from Singapore to Chennai on 09/06/2022.
In first attempt their website said payment was not successful.
so I tried my second attempt. Now the price slightly went up. anyway I booked mine. Later came to know my account was two times charged for booking. Also received two Itineraries for the same day same flight numbers. When I rushed to their Changi Airport office. They answered me in a very cool way Oh! its Duplicate Booking. And they gave me an email id. Later I send an email to them stating my duplicate booking. They gave me a case number which is useless for anything. There is no office there is no contact person in Singapore for them. All they have is a Live chat Stupid robot answering in a same way. Still I am struggling for a repayment from them which is $$1100.00. Horrible Experience
