Horrible customer service experience. The automated call system is super annoying. Please type in your Krisflyer number. If you take a breath and don’t hit the keyboard instantly, you get a: „Sorry.. please try again.“ „Chat with Kris..“. There is literally no chatbot anywhere that can really help with anything - also not Kris. It provides links based on keywords (so does a search engine). One must be really stupid if Kris or any chatbot gives you new information. „We might charge you 50 bucks for services available online…“ Literally nothing I wanted to do online (and I can easily with plenty of other airlines) was available. Service agents talk like robots. I fly more Europe, Middle East, Africa. Tried Singapore Airlines to understand what everyone is raving about. Fair enough, it is 2 years of the COVID pandemic, but it was a mediocre travel experience paired with bad service. Crew and ground staff were friendly though.

I have booked a Suite Class air ticket to Sydney, and would like to add another leg of flight from Sydney to Queenstown. Called SQ on 11 May, had to repeat my request 3-4 times to the officer, but she seems blur and don’t understand my needs. After 30 mins of tug-of-war, she said someone will call me back on that day. Waited for 6 WEEKS, someone from SQ email me on a “courtesy call”! I have already booked air ticket separately ($1200) from other airlines as I need to plan my trip in advance! This is one of the worst service from SQ, and imagine this is the way they treated their suite class customer? ridiculous!

Best A380 in the sky. With a family you couldn’t want anything more. Call centre, was great but in. The last year they had lost any form of credibility with weeks and weeks in waiting if your stuck you have no means to get through you literally have to loose your money because no one can answer. 3 stars, there is more to a premium airlines than just a plane.

Just sharing some situations for others who are planning to choose SIA for long hour travel. 1. I flew from Munich to Singapore via SQ237 on the 21st May 22 on economy class. The journey was half a day. Immediately after boarding there was a meal provided which I presume was lunch. Then the next meal was 9 hours later which was breakfast. When inquired why the long gap, I was asked if i wanted snack. The weird thing was it was not so when I flew from Singapore to Munich. So, either bring your own meal or ask for snacks. ? 2. For a long journey, the space is too congested. And without foot rest it can be tiring. Have seen other airlines with more space with a footrests.

Flew SQ227 from Changi to Melbourne. Carrying a full load of passengers that evening meant a tight squeeze for economy class passengers. I couldn't sleep given the limited space so had to stand near the toilet at the back of the plane. Found the airline stewardesses to be helpful n friendly. Thank you to the cabin crew for their professional attitude.

Always pleasant and feel great comfort flying with Singapore Airlines. And if you want extra pampering and eat the finest food while flying, upgrade to their Business Class. Highly recommended if you have a small one, the space is a big factor. Thanks to all the lovely staff especially Kelly and Eileen. They always attend on your request for your kids. They are just absolutely stars! On the side note, SIA lounges are really full but it’s still got great food. Hopefully in the future, they will offer kids corner where the little ones can play and burn energy ?

We have flown with Singapore Airlines on several occasions and the service and food just seems to get better and better. The most recent trip back to the UK was very enjoyable, the entertainment and the comfortable seats combined with the attentive service and amazing food made the journey an absolute pleasure. We will be rebooking later in the year, thank you.
