★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy any of their products because once the product got problem or faulty they will ask you a lot of questions and reply to you with all kinds of excuses to tell you that it's like that and nothing wrong with their product. When I asked them where can I send for repairing they just won't tell you so I assume there's no service center for their products. Buy at your own risk, good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the airbot iclean at a superb price. Product came on time and well packed. If you have kids at home, this dry/wet self cleaning vacuum is gonna be a game changer! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst product and service. Bought a supersonic 2.0 cordless vacuum on shoppee. Use it for less than a month and it's dead. Try to contact the seller but there's no update. Felt like being scammed. Please don't buy. It's just a wanna be but cmi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consumables for A700 not available since last year. They have been given excuses saying that the ETA for side brush, filter etc is in production, but not sure when its coming. The product has been selling more than a year, but no spares to replace consumables. Regretted buying from them, should get other brands that hv available spare parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product in itself is good but was missing dust mite brush . Was told Dust mite brush will be delivered soon as fab is ready. About 6 month later still waiting . Moreover no contact from customer service inspite of repeated messaging on the lazada app. I also noticed that many customer got many free gifts ( like stand, or handheld blender) with purchase whereas I didn’t get what is normally given in package. FYI, I have bought other airboat product as well . So how come some customer get free stuff and others don’t is a mystery.
