★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used! The motorised head eats the carpets, the suction is so pitiful that dirt and debris bounce off the brushes. The high power setting is the only setting the vacuum cleaner has ever been on because the low power setting does nothing. I compare this to my old Dyson stick vacuum where most debris can be removed on the low setting. The machine I bought came with 2 batteries, but only one can be charged at a time unlike the LG cordzero A9. It also came with a cheap metal stand that falls over all the time. Gtech claims to be award winning, but upon actual day to day use, I cannot understand how it won those awards. Perhaps those awards are just like the review by sphericalinfinity, fake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful 'secret' brand, right here in Singapore! Powerful, well-built vacuum cleaners, backed by a complimentary and comprehensive TWO-year warranty. (No restrictions to just the motor, or this part or that!) For roughly the same price as a single, older model of its more famous British competitor, I got an AirRam to focus on my floors and a Multi for, well, multiple surfaces. 18 months in, a wheel on my AirRam wasn't rolling smoothly, and I brought it in for a free swop, no questions asked. It's a real shame more Singaporeans aren't buying into this brand and reaping the benefits of the products. But I'm not complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stick vacuum for pet owners. I bought the wrong spare part by accident and am so grateful that I was offered an exchange. Very helpful company indeed.
Prefer it to dyson as I feel it's more ergonomic when held.. only drawback is that it cant stand by itself (requires an additional stand).
